Some Fun Pictures
I didn't do much today. My allergies were acting up - I think from being outside yesterday - there were hay bales and a lot of grass. I did do a lot of cleaning. Jerrod is still feeling a little crummy. Hopefully he gets better soon!

The One Time I Post Early!
Make a.....
"Scared Face!" (What Owen does when he gets scared)
and the best for last....
Submarine
You may be wondering about the title! Well, today Logan wanted this bear down. He was telling me it was his police bear.
Logan: Yes it is - it has the police on it's hat.
Me: Well it's not a police bear - it's a Marine.
Logan: Hey Owen! This is a submarine bear!
Kids are too funny. In case anyone is wondering why we have the Marine costume - we didn't buy it for the bear - we bought it for Treyton! Yes this was Treyton's first Halloween costume! It did come from Build-a-Bear though! The Build-a-Bear costume idea actually started with Logan. He was only 2 weeks old for his first halloween, yet all the baby Halloween costumes were huge! So we came up with the idea to go to Build-a-Bear. Logan was a boxer for his first Halloween! Owen was born after Halloween so he wasn't an issue, but Treyton was only going to be 5 or 6 weeks old, so we headed back to Build-a-Bear. We thought Uncle Gordon woul dreally appreciate this costume - and I think Treyton's face is priceless.

Now about us - Jerrod was still sick today and actually feeling even worse. He went to the doctor - so you KNOW he was feeling awful! He had an ear infection. The doctor also told him all that drainage from his ear was why his throat was so sore. He got 2 pills for that and then some antibiotics. I was not 100% either and couldn't sleep last night. My throat was sore when I got up so I wanted to get into a doctor before I got as bad as the rest of these guys. I went this afternoon and have a sinus infection. I also got some antibiotics. We are so fortunate to have such great neighbors because when I got back from the doctor they let Logan and Owen come over and play and play and play and eat and play some more ! They are actually still over there! It was so nice to be able to let them go out so we could rest! We are very grateful. Jerrod's medicine kicked in right away and really helped with his ear and sinuses. I'm feeling okay now and hope that I caught everything early so I don't have to deal with it! I'll be glad when our whole family is healthy again!
I took my camera in the kitchen to play with some metering and lighting and that's when I took the bear picture. I also tried to get some of Treyton, who of course would NOT sit still!! I did get this one picture and it is totally out of focus, but I still liked it - so here you go!

Tot-Ball
Logan had another tot-ball game tonight. Of course my camera battery died shortly into it - so I don't have really any good shots - he did, however, get his professional tot-ball pictures today so that was good!! He did pretty well tonight - although he also spent a lot of time playing in the dirt too!
Jerrod came home sick around lunchtime today. I was suprised he went in at all, because he had a fever and sore throat last night. He doesn't like to miss work though. He was feeling pretty baad all day today and went to bed with a fever too. His ears and throat hurt, and he's had a fever. Treyton was feeling better today though. Hopefully sometime we can get the whole family healthy!!
I took a couple pictures with the boys in the bath tonight. I'll leave you with one of Owen!

9 Month Check-Up!
Treyton went in for his 9 month check-up. He still wasn't feeling totally back to normal and felt a tad warm. His eyes were red today too - as you can see! Treyton's official stats are:
- 19 pounds, 8 ounces (33rd percentile)
- 28.25 inches (50th percentile)
- 17.76" head circumference (46th percentile)
He sure is growing!! Dr. Meyer did think he had a virus and he does have a red throat - so they ran a strep test too. It was negative. Hopefully it's just a little bug and that it doesn't last as long as his brothers!!! One other good thing about the 9 month check-up - NO shots!! We were both thankful for that :)

No Haircut for Treyton!
My husband is crazy. Don't get me wrong I love him, but he thinks Treyton needs a haircut! TREYTON! Isn't that crazy. On the other thing he does NOT think Owen needs a haircut. Yes he is definitely crazy. He feels Treyton needs a hair cut because of the adorable curls sticking out by his ears. Just a quick recap of today - I wasn't feeling well so Jerrod took the boys to Bolivar while he worked on my parents cabinets. I got a call not too long after they got there from my mom saying Treyton was running a fever. Poor kid. She ran and got him some tylenol and he did okay the rest of their visit. That was pretty much all that happened today! Aside of course from Jerrod's crazy haircut comments!!
If you would like please take part in the poll on the upper left part of the screen! Don't worry no matter what the results are I am NOT cutting my baby's hair!!

Treyton's Turn :(
Today Treyton was feeling a bit warm and sure enough he had a small fever. It wasn't very high and he wasn't acting too bad, so I'm hoping it is just something minor and not the same thing Logan and Owen had! Logan and Owen were soo happy to be able to play with all the neighborhood kids again! It was soo hard for them to have to stay inside and be able to see them all playing outside. They'd look out the window and wonder why they couldn't go out. It was very sad. We were out for a bit tonight and they even decided to go into the neighbors kiddie pool. Normally not a problem, but then again normally they are wearing swim trunks when they do it!! Nope, not this time - I went into get Treyton a bottle, and came back out to my fully clothed boys splashing around. Oh well - boys will be boys! We briefly went to the Relay for Life and the boys got to play a few games. We were going to watch the fireworks but left before them. I think the boys are going to have fun this year watching fireworks displays!

Feeling Better....FINALLY!!
Well the boys are finally getting back to normal! Logan woke up without a fever and feeling like his old self. Owen has a slight fever but is also feeling much better. What a long week it has been with sick boys! The above picture is Treyton eating the lightsphere for my camera!
UPDATE: Owen's fever has shot back up :( He did get sick one day later than Logan so hopefully he will be good to go tomorrow.
P.S. Happy Birthday Grandma Purdy and also to my good friend Linda!!!

Spaghetti Time!
We had spaghetti for dinner tonight. I wasn't aware that Treyton was going to get spaghetti, but when I walked in the kitchen he was in his high chair which was covered in spahetti! He seemed to really enjoy it though. His favorite part was the breadstick!
As you can see Owen was feeling pretty good at dinner time! Owen will be miserable, but once he gets the tylenol in his system he acts like his normal self. Logan on the other hand acts miserable no matter what. He had tylenol but still was laying around all night. He is still complaining about his stomach and is just absolutely miserable. I feel really bad for him. Today was his 5th day of being sick.

Still Sick!
Logan and Owen still didn't feel well today, so I called the doctor's office this morning. I wasn't able to get them in until this afternoon, so they spent most of the day lying around and whimpering. It was quite sad actually. When it was time to go to the doctor's the boys were feeling pretty crummy. I had to put Treyton in the sling, because Logan and Owen both rode in the stroller! They didn't even ask to see the fish when we got into the doctor's office so I know they were feeling awful. When we got in they didn't want to move, but we went to get their weight. (Owen is 31 pounds and Logan is 36). After we got back to the room Logan asked if he could climb onto the exam table and I told him yes. He climbed up there and just laid down flat on his stomach. When Dr. Meyer got in there they were just lookign so pathetic. They would hardly move and he really felt bad for them. He looked at them both and their throats were pretty red so he ordered a strep test. When the nurse came to do the test she told me Dr. Meyer said that they were breaking his heart. (They did look very very sad!) Also when the nurse came in Owen was on the exam table as he was seen last, and he had fallen asleep. He was flat on his back with his hand down his pants. (Of course I had my camera - I'll post soon!) Well the strep test came back negative and the end diagnosis was they have a virus. So that does stink as there isn't much we can do for them.
Logan actually ended up feeling better later on tonight which was fantastic. We let him go outside briefly and you would have thought he had been locked up for ages! Owen was feeling worse and by around 9:00 he had 104.7 fever. Obviously this got me very worried so I called the nurse on-call. I got Cindy (nice lady - same one I spoke with last night! ) I mentioned my name and she was like "Owen or Logan!" She had us put him in a lukewarm bath and wait for his tylenol to kick in and that is what we did.
I have a lot of blog pictures to update and I will try to get to those soon! I have been keeping busy with sick kids and working on the wedding photos I took. I am also battling a big headache which is no fun!
