Take Me Out to the Ballgame!

Tonight we went to a Springfield Cardinals game. Or part of it! The boys were very excited when we got there. We weren't 100% sure we were going, because it had rained all day! It had cleared off near the end of the day so we decided to go. It was actually a good move as the stadium was not crowded at all. The boys liked seeing Louie and there was also a dog and three cows! The highlight of the game for the boys was the funnel cake. They ended up getting very restless so we decided to leave at the end of the second inning. Yes you did read that right I said second as in 2 out of 9! Now the second inning was ridiculously long with the other team getting 7 runs! But still! So we went and let the boys play on some playground equipment at the stadium for a little while then headed out. They were not happy at this point! We ran a couple of errands and got dinner and came home. That was the highlight of our Monday!
