Today was quite a busy day! We left fairly early for Silver Dollar City and left when it closed! One of the very first things we did was watch a Veggie Tales show! It was a very good show and the kids loved it. They even got to meet Bob and Larry afterwards! They also got several compliments on their Bob and Larry t-shirts! After that Logan and I went on the Water Tobagan ride - we were soaked from head to toe. After seeing that Jerrod decided he didn't want to go! The kids played on their rides and had a great time. There were a lot of water toys and just lots of fun. We ate some lunch and tried to catch a magic show, but it was full so we hit the Saloon instead! They really do have good shows there. After that Jerrod decided eh would go on the water ride so he and Owen went - and had a blast! Owen through several fits at the ends of rides. People standing nearby thought he was scared, but actually he was mad because he didn't want to get off - he wanted to ride "again!" Near the end of the day Logan had a tumble and scraped his elbow and knee up. He was bleeding from his elbow, but of course Logan is scared of band-aids so he didn't want one of those! He calmed down pretty quickly though.
Jerrod and Owen then decided to ride the American Plunge. They take your picture on that ride - and the look on Owen's face was priceless. He looked soooo terrified! But once it was done he was wanting to go again so I took him! He loves all the rides and doesn't get scared.

It's pretty amusing to see that little guy riding the big rides! Logan on the other hand prefers to stay away! I took 230 pictures today and I also still have pictures from the other day to post, but it's not happening tonight! Both boys crashed on the way home and are still out and I'm about the do the same! Hopefully tomorrow I'll be able to catch up. Jerrod's vacation is now officially over. I had thought he had all week off but he informed me tonight he was going back tomorrow. He thought I already knew this. Not so much! But he did have the past 7 days off and we certainly had a lot of fun and did a lot of stuff! I think the kids really enjoyed everything!
