My mom went home this afternoon. Around 5:30 this evening the power went out! Of course it was already dark out, so I had 3 very scared boys. Treyton wouldn't let me put him down! I managed to find a lighter and some candles and got some light. I also put some batteries in the fireplace and got it going. The neighbors down the street knew Jerrod was out of town and that I still had my garage open. They called and then came down and I backed my car out and he closed my garage for me. I was very grateful. We were getting all bundled up and going to take off to a part of town that actually had power when the lights came back on. We went out and over to another neighbors house for a holiday party. It was a lot of fun! They have Guitar Hero and Logan had a blast playing the drums and guitar. (Okay - I'll admit it - I had a lot of fun with it too!)
